1. Founder & Managing Trustee

Sri Talachandra Simhachalam, the visionary founder, serves as permanent Managing Trustee, guiding the Trust’s strategy, ensuring legal compliance, empowering trustees, and overseeing programs. He appoints additional trustees and ensures all initiatives align with the Trust’s mission of supporting underprivileged communities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee funds, approve expenditures, and ensure transparent financial management. Supervise educational, health, women empowerment, and community programs, monitoring outcomes and beneficiary impact. Promote the Trust’s objectives through outreach, awareness campaigns, advocacy, and partnerships, representing the organization in forums and collaborations with NGOs and authorities.

Program Supervision

Guide and oversee educational, health, women empowerment, and community development initiatives. Monitor field activities, evaluate program outcomes, provide constructive feedback, and ensure efficient delivery of services, making certain that all initiatives effectively reach and benefit the intended communities.
